Sorry this response is so dang late. Life has been a bit... err... busy? hectic? stressful?... just full lately.
The balloon festival photo contest deadline was Sept 29th or 30th. I didnt remember until the date had passed. I really wanted to enter this year. But, no, the pics from this year cannot be entered next year. Which is okay, because I will go next year and take more.
